C & R Manufacturing offers J-I-T assembly for hydraulics and other mechanical or electrical components in our custom-built assembly stations, allowing us to meet your delivery needs every time.

We also have an efficient, custom-designed assembly area that includes 4 assembly presses, an electrical control assembly area and three mechanical assembly areas. C & R Manufacturing can plate, paint, apply decals, test, package and ship the finished assemblies and hydraulic components to meet the customer requirements.

Hydraulic Assembly and Testing

Our computer-controlled hydraulic test station is capable of testing pressures to 7000 psi and flow rates to 8 gallons/minute on cylinders and valves.
