Robotic welding not only enhances the appearance of your product but is economical for small lot runs of as few as 10 pieces. C & R Manufacturing's 9 axis Panasonic Robotic Welder has a 440lb capacity on both rotary indexers.

Superior quality welds are consistently achieved on our 60-inch index table for large parts or multiple part fixtures. Our custom-built fixtures are all designed and built in-house to insure the accuracy of the weld from the first part to the last.

With manual TIG and MIG welding stations available, C & R Manufacturing specializes in:

Programmable indexer insures uniform welds on round or complicated parts
Weldments up to 1000 lbs
Short and long production runs including pre-production prototypes
